OUR EX-DAIRY BEEF IS PRODUCED USING A MUCH MORE SUSTAINABLE AND ETHICAL APPROACH COMPARED TO TRADITIONAL BEEF FARMING PRACTICES.

 

CONSEQUENTLY IT ALSO HAS A SUPERIOR TASTE TO TRADITIONALLY FARMED BEEF OFFERING A UNIQUE, FULL FLAVOURED TASTE DUE TO THE SLOW NATURAL MATURATION OF OUR COWS THAT GRAZE PEACEFULLY IN OPEN FIELDS ON ORGANIC PASTURE FOR UP TO 5 YEARS BEYOND THEIR LIFE AS A DAIRY COW.

ALL OUR BACON IS SOURCED FROM RSPCA ASSURED AND RED TRACTOR CERTIFIED BRITISH FARMS WHERE THE PIGS FREE ROAMING OUTDOORS. EACH RASHER IS THEN DRY CURED BY HAND WITH BRITISH SEA SALT.
